8 Natural ways to lower your High Blood pressure!

High blood pressure is defined as blood pressure higher than 140 over 90 mmHg (millimeters of mercury). 1 in every 3 adults are having this condition. Hypertension, as it is also called, is a silent killer. The earlier you start managing it, the better.

  • Shed the extra weight; start a weight loss program if you are obese.
  • Exercise regularly; at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week have been proven to have a significant effect on blood pressure level.
